Samuel has over twenty-five years’ experience in taxation, accounting, due diligence, financial management, and auditing.
 
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Institute of Taxation, both in Ghana. He also has an MPhil in Development Finance and a B.Commerce Degree. He worked as an Internal Auditor at the University of Ghana Business School, Finance Manager at FrieslandCampina West Africa Limited, and a Partner at Traugott & Associates (a firm of Chartered Accountants).
