Elvis currently is the Managing Partner of SEATA & ASSOCIATES. He is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty-four (24) years progressive professional experience in public practice, public sectors, private sectors, and Development sector (INGOs) of which over eighteen (18 years) was post chartered qualification in audit experience. He worked with Kwame Asante and Associates (KAA) for over eight years (8 years) as Audit Manager undertaking number of Statutory Audits, special investigative Audit and Consultancy Services on many assignments during his period with Kwame Asante and Associates (KAA). He was also involved in Special Tax and Forensic Audits.
 
Elvis holds first degree from University of Cape Coast, MBA in Finance and also post chartered diploma in Forensic Audit from Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He is a member of institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana.      
He worked with Care International (Ghana) as the Country Office Internal Auditor for eight (8) years  and undertook various audit assignments on projects being implemented by partners  such as: audit review of USAID Funded projects on the following sub-recipients: ACTION AID GHANA, SEND GHANA, ISODEC, WANEP GHANA, OXFAM INT. IN GHANA, MAP International, CEDEP, SODIA, SSF CODESULT, UCSOND, etc Auditing several projects to ensure donor compliance rules were being adhered to such as GSAM, NGGA, FAR Ban BO (EU FUNDED PROJECT); auditing COCOA LIFE project funded by CARGILL;.
Furthermore, he undertook Human Resources Audit including payroll audit, undertaking special investigative audits involving CARE GHANA Project staff; performing procurement audit; issuing Audit Management letters to management of sub recipients and consortium partners; developing Internal Audit charter for the Unit among others.
Prior to his joining Kwame Asante and Associates, Elvis had over six years (6 years) working experience with Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) as a Principal Accountant and gained much public sector experience from ECG.
His knowledge and skills in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) ensure he is abreast with the latest knowledge and updates in the field and is suited with excellent interpersonal skills and very strong supervisory skills.
With over a decade of post qualification experience in auditing and accounting for diverse industries, Elvis has built a portfolio that spans both national and international clients and is endowed with critical thinking abilities.
