Richard has over twenty-four years’ experience in accounting, corporate restructuring, due diligence, financial management, auditing, training, and tax consultancy.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana and the Institute of Directors, Ghana. He also has an MBA in Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship. Richard lectures candidates of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana, towards their professional qualifications.
